"MEMO"



The Memo is a concise message, the message is written someone with a short, clear, and easy to understand. According to its use, there is an official nature memos and personal (not official). Memo is officially adopted as a statement in the official relationship of a leader to his subordinates. Be used as a personal memo memorandum or letter is not an official statement among friends, relatives, or others who have a close relationship.

Annual Leave
1 . Every employee who has worked at least 1 ( one ) year continuously entitled to    annual leave during the 12 (twelve ) working days within one (1) academic year .
2 . Annual leave referred to in paragraph ( 1 ) of this Article , is set as follows :
• collective leave taken during Eid ;
• The rest of the day after the collective diserahan leave to employees to be used as needed with the approval of each unit leader ;
3 . Annual leave under paragraph ( 2 ) letter b of this article , are not allowed to be taken at the same time or in close proximity to the collective leave of absence , except for reasons that can be considered by the head unit .
4 . Annual leave as prescribed in paragraph ( 2 ) letter b of this article , which is not taken in the year in question disqualified due.
5 . Employees who will take annual leave under paragraph ( 2 ) letter b of this paragraph , if not the approval of superiors for consideration of employment , the leave can be taken into account in the following year ( total maximum accumulation is twelve (12 ) working days and the rest declared charred ) .
6 . Procedures to submit annual leave set in the work instructions .
7 . Employees who undergo annual leave referred to in paragraph ( 2 ) of this Article , be given salary / wages .
